Ban a player on your GMod Server

Banning players on your Garry’s Mod server is super simple.

  1. Open up your in game chat typically by pressing the “y” key.

  2. The commands to ban/unban a player are as follows

    This command bans players based off of their username

       !ban <player> [time(in minutes)][reason]

This command bans a player off of their steamid

       !banid <steamed>[time(in minutes)][reason]

This unbans the player and you can use their steamed or their username based off of what you used at the time of ban.

       !unban <steamed/username>
  1. Send the command by pressing enter on you keyboard. The user is now banned.
